Florida’s month-long Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday runs from Monday, July 20, through Thursday, August 20, 2026. During this period, you can buy eligible school supplies, computers, and clothing without state and local sales taxes.

Eligible tax-free items and price limits include:

• Clothing and Footwear: Items priced at $100 or less per item.
• School Supplies: Items priced at $50 or less per item.
• Learning Aids & Puzzles: Items priced at $30 or less.
• Personal Computers & Accessories: Computers purchased for noncommercial use, priced at $1,500 or less.
