Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C) is a local non-profit organization committed to strengthening communities and families in Central Florida.
As a family support organization with more than 55 years of experience, 4C manages programs/contracts for economically disadvantaged children and their families living at or below the poverty line in order to make a difference in the lives of young children.
4C is known for its excellent service to the community and has built a trusted reputation by providing services in a transparent, compassionate, collaborative and cost-effective manner.
