4C believes every child deserves the right to a bright and successful future. We are pleased to offer child care providers the following programs and services to meet those goals:

Education & Training

Education & Training provides state-mandated training and testing to child care providers in Brevard, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. Learn more about Education & Training.

Child Care Food Program (CCFP)

The Child Care Food Program helps fight hunger and obesity by reimbursing eligible centers and home providers for serving healthy meals that meet the CCFP meal requirements to children in their care. Providers sponsored by 4C have access to nutrition resources, training, and technical assistance. Learn more about the Child Care Food Program.

School Readiness Providers

School Readiness helps children from low-income families get the support they need to be successful in school. Get information and resources to help School Readiness providers. Learn more about School Readiness Providers.

Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R)

CCR&R providers support and resources to child care providers. Quality child care programs are critical to supporting the needs of working parents and helping prepare children to enter school ready to learn. Learn more about CCR&R for child care providers.

Voluntary PreKindergarten (VPK)

Florida was one of the first states in the country to offer free prekindergarten for all 4-year-olds regardless of family income. The Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program, or VPK, prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond. Learn more about being a VPK Provider.

Child Growth & Development

The Early Intervention Team provides training, technical assistance, Individual Learning Plans, ASQ reminders, and additional screenings and support as needed. Learn more about  Child Growth & Development.
